5 steps to fix if Google Play Store get crash or error

If you are having problems crash or error on Google Play Store, there are several ways you can do to recover it. Perform a factory reset may be restoring the Android system and restore it to the initial conditions. But of course this method is less practical and troublesome. Before doing so, you can try some of the ways by the following steps.

  1. Clear cache and data. In many cases, the problem of errors in the Google Play Store can be solved by clearing the cache and data. All you need do is clean up the data that is no longer needed but still saved. How, go to Settings > Apps, scroll to the All and searching Google Play Store. Tap on Clear cache and Clear choice of data.
  2. Uninstall updates Play Store. Update Google Play Store sometimes can also cause problems in the Google Play Store. For that, you can try to delete the update file and restore it to its original state. Follow the first step, but you must press the Uninstall option updates.
  3. Google Play Services and Framework. If Google Play is still problematic, clear the cache data from the Google Play Service. Go to Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Service and Clear data. Similarly, Google Services Framework, wipe data via the Clear Data.
  4. Enable the Download Manager. If you disable the default Android Download Manager, it can cause Google Play Store problematic. Go to Settings > Apps > All > Download Manager and restart. If the key can not be activated, no need to worry, this means that the Download Manager is active.
  5. Remove and install again Google account. Another way that you can try is to go into Settings > Accounts, and tap Google. Press again your Google account. In the Sync option, press the physical Menu button on Android and select Remove account. Press again to confirm the deletion. Furthermore, the smartphone reboot and reinstall Google account earlier by Settings > Accounts > Add Account > Google.
