Understanding Hardware

What is a hardware?
Hardware is a computer device that consists of the arrangement of electronic components in physical form (objects form). The types of hardware on a Personal Computer (PC), such as the motherboard, hard disk, floppy, memory, and others.

Not only the existing devices in the CPU (Central Processing Unit) are called hardware, beyond any that relate directly to the computer can be called by hardware. For example, the device is very important as its the computer is a monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, etc.. These devices in computer terms is referred to as a media input (input devices) and output media (output devices).

Of course, these devices have the functions and duties of each. Among these is the keyboard as a data input device, monitor display of the data as output devices, hard disks as storage media for data, and others. Cooperation between each device has also been arranged so as to produce a computer system that is intact and be working well.

Not limited to the use of the PC, the hardware can be classified. As the technology advances, the more the hardware has to offer. This can be seen in the new devices are on users, should be integrated with the computer, such as digital cameras, IRDA, and Bluetooth. Also many computer devices that are used specifically for the net's computer (network) such as hubs, routers, and so on. Multimedia hardware and the Internet is no less developed, such as the use of the surround speakers and a WebCam.
